The Challenge: Updating a 20 yr old brand with a fresh new look and messaging

Fortitude Insurance Group has been successfully working with businesses providing insurance for over 20yrs. in the education and small business sector. With the expansion of brokerage services through an acquisition, the founders wanted to revamp their brand and all of their digital assets. Using a brand framework, leveraging research and stakeholder interviews, a new brand identity emerged that more closely aligned with their new merged business.

Then we tackled the old website which was completely outdated, didn’t serve in terms of functionality for customers or to gather information for leads. Working together, we determine the new offerings, how they would be structured on the site, based on this we determined the business strategy that would help their business leap forward.
