Chief Marketing Officer

My engagements as a Chief Marketing Officer range from working as a fractional CMO to being fully embedded into a business for longer term engagements.
In my roles as a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) I lead the overall marketing strategy and execution, with the goal of driving growth and increasing revenue. This involves overseeing all aspects of digital and traditional marketing, including branding, content development, influencer marketing, advertising, product marketing, digital marketing, public relations, and market research. I work closely with other members of the executive team to ensure that marketing aligns with the company's overall business strategy and goals.

What is a fractional Chief Marketing Officer (FCMO)?
This means I either work part-time or for a set time limit with a company to provide strategic marketing leadership and guidance. These arrangements often benefit smaller organizations who are growing and going through transitions or startups that may not have the resources to hire a full-time CMO.
